August is finally over with 11 weddings going off without a hitch, just thousands of images to process, hence a little behind.
I Had the pleasure of shooting Nicola and Dave's wedding at Tutbury castle this past weekend which is an amazing wedding venue over in Derbyshire, this shot was very tricky to set, three lights from two Elinchrom power units and my trusty meter, which all had to be carried up this huge hill, but i think well worth the effort..it is these sort of shots that sets the pro's from the weekend warriors!! (in MY opinion of course) for all you pixel peepers out there this pic in print has all the detail you could want in the blacks, it was taken on a D3x, 24-70 lens 1/200th sec f11, and yes the sky is real... more to come soon.
